Eden has a wide range of land development experience from suburban tract home developments, adaptive re-use projects, urban multifamily projects, co-use redevelopment for organizations, destination resort projects, new commercial office projects, and renovation of zero lot line commercial projects.  We also provide analysis for projects that have financial issues of sudden changes in ownership.  This work include both the management of the financial analysis, zoning approval, design process, as well as the construction management.  Our clients are private investors, land owners, the US government, private foundations, universities, banks, financial investment groups, private companies, as well as our own account.
